The Benefits with Waterton are the best I have ever have.
Great health insurance, w/ vision and dental coverage and 401K.
The best thing is that the offer a compensation package to help pay your deductible! The worst thing is that you have to wait a year to get a vacation day :(
401k has up to 5% employer contribution. Cigna health and dental, including orthodontia coverage. Vision package available. Short and long term disability at 60% pay rate, and can choose to add supplemental. Life insurance for you and dependants. 19 days starying PTO per year. Increases by a week after 5 years. 20% rent discount if you live on site. HSA and FSA. These are just the basics.
Benefits were the only redeeming quality Waterton had to offer for the work experience. Sales commissions were generous. Insurance coverage/Health Reimbursement Account were awesome. Paid Time Off was adequate.
The benefits plan is comprehensive. You can purchase what you want, plus a lot of ancillary items.
I don't know as I was not and never would be eligible for benefits under my temporary employee status with them.
The worst thing is that they only offer 20 percent if you want to live on site.
The best thing was the 401K, the worst thing was the high deductible for the insurance packages.
There was nothing out of the norm with Waterton's benefit package. It was the bare bones / essentials - 401k, medical and dental insurance (no vision), 20% discount at apartments you will never be able to afford off the salary they pay.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
