There's no such thing as "sick days" here. You basically start with 19 days of PTO per year. You can use them towards vacation time, sick days, etc. You get an additional week after 5 years with waterton.
Paid Time Off is flexible between vacation time and sick time. The amount of days/hours offered is generous.
As I had a temporary employee I do not know as there would be no way such a policy would be applicable to me under their company guidelines.
