Good health insurance, 401K contributions, annual bonus based on company performance, 10 paid holidays plus vacation time that increases with length of employment.
Watlow is very well organized when it comes to benefits, 401 k, really takes care of its employees and does profit sharing yearly which is great
The benefits were good, I don't have any negative thing to say about them. They offered flexibility with time off and vacation as well has excellent health insurance.
There is no stock option or employee equity program.
