Reasonable health insurance, great vacation time. Friendly atmosphere, except management.
401k employer contributions, High deductible HSA health care with a high premium, 2 weeks vacation to start increasing at 5, 10, 15 year tenure.
High medical insurance premiums for the best plan. High deductible for the cheapest medical plans. Good 401K match, PTO days, vision and dental as well as maternity leave pay.
3 weeks of PTO starting and 1 personal day each quarter in addition to the PTO. Medical coverage is terrible--better open up an HSA!
Best - nice amount of vacation time for employees who have been with the company a while. Flexible hours and remote work also supported. Worst - health insurance coverage still leaves a large chunk for the employee to pay as compared with other companies' plans.
These benefit packages have not changed or have grown worse over the years.
Worst: Benefits don't seem to be in line with other companies in the area. This may change with the recent purchase by a larger corporation. Best: Flexible work schedule. The department I worked in was willing to work with associates on a flexible work schedule.
Health insurance is becoming significantly more expensive and covers less
Having a flexible schedule. They don't do the 401k match until the next calendar year. So if you leave the company before the next calendar year you will not get a 401k match. Were as most company match month to month.
Best: Health care has a large variety of providers available Worst: Vision Insurance has limited providers in some areas
