If you're full time the ESOP is phenomenal
Great benefit package: employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), medical, dental, and vision. 401k plan with company match.

Best thing is the atmosphere of the workplace, they really do treat their employees like they are family. The benefits are great. Worst thing-well, working with the public, and sometimes fighting like family does.
Benfits start at 30 hours a week. Often times, management won't give you 30 hours a week. You could work 5 days a week with one 8 hour shift and the rest of your work week is 4-5 hours a day. Often times people are not eligible.
some benefits offered. Some were missing. Some only to full time or mgmt staff
except for them writing you up even for bring a minute not even 5 minutes late, very strict on that policy, their benefits are amazing!
I didn’t take the benefits because I was still on another plan so I cannot comment on the package but from other managers they seem to take care of you.
you only see benefits when you make a year with the company before they fire you.
