Basic level benefits given when available.
401K, profit-sharing, healthcare, stock options
I never received benefits but I know that medical insurance cost about $20-$30 a week. It takes a long time to revive paid time off and when you get it it’s not a lot.
Excellent benefits including stock, vacation time, 401k, and thumbs up with the pay!
I began my 401K as early as I could and Wawa matched my first 5%. It didn't take long to save for my future.
401k and PTO are great
They match your 401k, you bank a lot of pro hours, health insurance is VERY affordable
Tuition reimbursement is helpful Decent pay
Wawa gave me an Employee stock fund, which helped pay for my house, Overall they didnt have a bad benefit package
Wawa does offer PTO and you can also invest in the stocks. No one else has the opportunity you must be a part of the company to do so. They also will help with your education but you must go for business. I understand because they're under the impression that you yourself some day would want to own a Wawa so can be helpful if this is the case.
