I didn't have any benefits as I was part time.
You do not get half of the benefits they offer you except commission on sales, free waxes, and 40% off of products. There is suppose to be healthcare and paid time off but neither of these are mentioned ever again or the subject is avoided or changed when asked about them.
The employers don't care for their employees.
It depends on the owner the kind of benefits they provide for their employees
Not tons of benefits available.
Free waxing services all the time only 10% off product, which was kind of ridiculous when guests could receive more than that at most times. Health benefits do not kick in until 6 months, also the studio has to have 10 employees on payroll before they are qualified.
YOu get benefits after one year. If you take off more than the allotted day you do not get any benefits. they allotted six days off per year. It didnt matter how many extra shifts you picked up to counter das off.
There will be no time off because there are only 4 employees.
The best is free waxing but there arent any real benefits. Other than that it is only a measly 15% off of products for employees.
Only benefit available was PTO after 2 years of employment.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
