Can't compare to a Fortune 50 company, but benefits are not bad for a tech company its size. Professional development is internal-focused though, lack of support and funding for external type of training/conference attendance.

If you are a commuter, you dont get helped much. The commuter benefits left many employees to purchase their own commuter passes as Wayfair decided not to help anymore.
Packages factored in stock, which was grossly overvalued and fluctuated dramatically. Packages also factored in bonuses to base pay, which are taxed at 45%. Generally, low base salaries across the board.
