100% employer paid health benefit, good selection, dental and vision plans, commuter's benefits.
PTO, stock options, no 401k
Great perks overall, but no 401k match
Best: Medical, Dental, Vision fully covered; generous vacation policy; amazing maternity leave; weekly breakfasts, lunches and events; beer on tap; annual summer camp
Benefits include a great community kitchen and free drinks and food frequently; a very social and engaging place to work.
Not the greatest salary, but it's pretty good plus it has overtime applicable. Also great benefits like vacations, 401K, paid time off, dental and medical insurance, life insurance, all the perks that WeWork offer. Doesn't get better than that in terms of benefits to be honest.
Full medical, very affordable dental and vision. No 401k matching, yet. Decent PTO: 15 days, plus 10 sick days. None of it rolls over and the PTO is accrued. The company will pay for all employees to attend an annual all-company Global Summit and Summer Camp. Not everyone will get to go, of course, since some have to stay behind to actually work at the locations. But it's a fun perk.
the only thing that was worst is when I lost my vacation paid hours. I had 2 days paid vacation . I then did not get paid for that.
The company offers a decent healthcare plan and 401k plan. There is no match of any kind for the 401k.
No 401k matching. Only 2 weeks paid vacation. Of the 10 federal holidays, only get 9. Their basic health care package is what is covered but add ons you pay for.
