It was average compared to industry, weak severance and 401K (currently suspended), average cost sharing on medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life, AD&D. Good providers selected,. Good bonus but rarely paid out in full or even paid out; average merit program.
Best benefits you could ask for. Per Diem, vehicle, gas, cheap but outstanding health/dental/vision care, 2 weeks vacation, gym membership reimbursement, etc. The list goes on.
