The fact that there was always two persons of equal seniority, sometimes made the job difficult. One like the job done one way and the other likes things his way. Doubling the work at times.

Best: Health, Vision and Dental is offered. There is 401K plan, paid vacation and education reimbursement. Worst: They took away top tier of health insurance and took away 401K matching. They do not offer paternity leave.
benefits are pretty much minimum standard obligations for a corporation that plans to retain services of young graduates . No 401 company particiaption
Good medical plan which helps a lot if you have a family. No reimbursements for car pooling or other public transportation methods.
