No insurance. They have a wellness program that adds to your biweekly paycheck based on BMI, no smoking, blood work results. They do 401k match of 100% up to 10% of your pay. They do have paid vacation, but you may have to work on federal holidays. You get one caring day a year. No PTO time. They have a gym that you can use 24/7.
