    You have to accrue it before you can use it and even though we accrue, we don't get paid out if you quit or leave the company.

    Didn't roll over and there was no separate sick time. So when everyone had a bunch of PTO in December, and we weren't all allowed to be off at the same time, we sometimes lost PTO and didn't get paid for it.
