Would expect a more robust benefits package from this employer.
Good overall benefits package and training opportunities.
Low-level standard package-6% 401K match, 3 insurance options, decent dental and vision coverage. But every year there strive to make it cheaper so there's alway last minute changes and a shorter window to make your choices. Bonuses, if there are any, aren't given out until March of the following year. Company 401K match for year also pushed off into following year. HR people in charge of benefits are clueless. Depending on the team there's some option to work from home part of the time.
Great benefits, needs better communication on what we have each year.
fairly comprehensive package. The 401k matched half up to 6% for Fidelity plan. Three tiered plan choice for medical and dental. Life insurance and short and long term disability. Plumb benefits for extra perks travel and entertainment. https://www.plumbenefits.com I believe vacation starts at 80 hours (two weeks) additional sick days, jury duty days and one flexible holiday.
Good to the industry standards
Average benefits. BCBS insurance is difficult to deal with. Minimal maternity leave, no paternity leave. Depending on manager, WFH option is possible.
If you are a contractor, they will pay you a lot per hour. If you are a contractor, you will be the first one cut during budget cuts.
Competitive health benefits. Barista bar, free yogurt, free cheese sticks, free health bars. In-house gym. Great office space. Open office floor plan.
ZERO maternity and paternity leave.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
