Benefits are comparable to other companies of this size. WebPT staffs several individuals in HR who are driven to find the best bundles for WebPT's employees. Recently WebPT has implemented Unlimited PTO along with 5 sick days per year. Dental coverage is really good.
Benefit plans are great and provide excellent coverage! The company really cares about its employees and have improved upon the benefits every year that I have been employed.
Wow! WebPT just added Flex Spending Health & Dependent Care to an already great benefit package including matching 401K, 3 weeks PTO & Parental Leave of up to 4 weeks! Not to mention health insurance for $15/pay period, awesome!! Did I mention that I can bring my dog to work too? Health insurance costs were steep and could be better
They're growing so while they seem to make poor choices in some areas, they make good choices in other's. Ie, they're now offering 401k with no matching.
