401k match dollar-for-dollar up to 5%, which is pretty good. Basic dental and vision covered at no cost. Option to enroll in Kaiser or Cigna health care plans. Transit benefits are mediocre but getting better. HR recently started sending out yearly Total Compensation Statements tailored to the individual, so you can see how much your benefits are actually worth. Vacation time is pretty standard, but option to earn 2 more days through internal Wellness Program. You can also have 2 additional days off for volunteering.
