“100% paid for up to 6 weeks”
“Over all really good package”
“the 401k plan at webcor is good, not great, but above average ”
100% match for 401k up to 5% of your salary
Only 10-days vacation but does offer wellness plan for additional days off. Does offer 401k match although was eliminated during certain time periods.
Our health care benefits just got cut
Webcor benefits are equal or better than those provided by others in the same industry.
401k match dollar-for-dollar up to 5%, which is pretty good. Basic dental and vision covered at no cost. Option to enroll in Kaiser or Cigna health care plans. Transit benefits are mediocre but getting better. HR recently started sending out yearly Total Compensation Statements tailored to the individual, so you can see how much your benefits are actually worth. Vacation time is pretty standard, but option to earn 2 more days through internal Wellness Program. You can also have 2 additional days off for volunteering.
Excellent benefits and each year adding more. No cost to employee for dental and vision and medical cost is low.
Competitive but not over the top. Nothing stands out with the benefits package.
401K 5% match and 1% annual increase for next 5 years, 4-6 years 12 days paid vacation + holidays + sick time, signing bonus, relocation assistance, good medical plans. Over all a really good package.
best parts are health insurance, 401k, and health insurance. Work hours are not ideal nor are they flexible.
As an intern, they provided substantial compensation for moving and living expenses
