Time off is given up front versus accrued which is great if you need time off early in the year - very accommodating to a work-life balance. 401k doesn't match but as long as you know the market you don't need that part! ;)
The benefits package is basically nothing. Some paid time off you can accrue (though they usually fie you right before your vacation). They claim there is a work from home option but the one coworker I had that requested it was told her hours would be checked three times because my manager didn't trust her. Some people had health benefits but they cost a lot out of an already tiny paycheck.
The best thing is that for every year you are with the company, it provides you with an additional day off. The biggest negative is once you get married and have kids, your paycheck sure takes a hit!
The best thing about working there is that I don't anymore
401k is not contributed. Benefits are a little expensive.
Great health benefits. They offer a 401k but no match.
Very good health benefits. Dental and Vision included.
