Retirement matching is pretty good, health insurance is not great.
It continued to cost more with less coverage
Great benefits package. Health Insurance, 401K with match contribution, Vacation and time Off.
Great benefits, retirement plan is awesome!!! I wish they had paid maternity leave.
I think overall the benefits package at Webster University is very good. The one change that I did not enjoy was when the eliminated the EPO insurance option.
incredible 403b match and solid health benefits
Tuition assistance, Good holiday time off, vacation package, good health care plan, but expensive, volunteer day university wide,
Webster University has a very comprehensive benefits package that has many options to choose from. ObamaCare made it worse by raising prices and limiting options during its inception and execution.
Benefits used to be so good you could tolerate the low pay. That's not the case anymore. No cost of living raises in 9 years and each year the benefits get worse for faculty and staff under President Stroble.
The University offers a generous 401K match, and a strong tuition assistance program. You and your spouse and children can attend the university for free. There's also a tuition exchange program
