Beyond traditional benefits, WeddingWire also offers our employees several non-traditional benefits as well to create a motivating and vibrant work environment. Non-traditional benefits include:
Great perks like free breakfast and lunch and fun company events and unlimited PTO. The People team is working hard to update 401k match and parental leave.
WeddingWire offers amazing benefits for young professionals. Right out of college, the benefits are unparalleled.
No worst really. Its pretty great because you have unlimited PTO, dental, vision, and health benifits, also a 401k
Unlimited Time Off is fantastic! Maternity and Paternity leave is a little lacking (only 4 weeks paid)
- Extremely comprehensive training programs. - Unlimited PTO - Breakfast everyday - Lunch at the end of the month - Great health insurance
"Treat yourself" reimbursement for things like gym membership, health insurance, vision/dental, etc
Unlimited vacation is great if you are efficient and can get your work done in less time. Healthcare is expensive, but benefits have improved greatly the past few years. Hoping they continue that trend with a better 401k match!
The best thing about our benefits package is unlimited paid time off and the ability to work from home anywhere you want. They also have free catered breakfast every morning and free catered lunch the last week of each month in the office.
Unlimited PTO is a total lie, and the health insurance plan was expensive for what it was worth.
The benefits package makes sense for a start up. Here are some highlights of the benefits: free lunches about twice a month, free breakfast, unlimited PTO, $50 monthly stipend for commuting to HQ, $250 yearly Treat Yo Self. We also have a lot of opportunities to attend workshops, really interesting speakers (mostly successful entrepreneurs) - I find this very valuable. Now that we have matured as a company, I am hoping for a 401k match. At the moment the 401k match is less than 1% which to me is negligible. Healthcare for remote employees can improve too- the healthcare coverage is great for the DMV area but the growing remote population is more limited.
