They have excellent health and dental insurance that cover most of the cost to the employee. They also provide free breakfast daily and many lunches. They also proved a discount gym membership at a local gym.

Limited 401k match based off company performance. HORRIBLE aetna insurance. I pay over $300 a month and it’s just me, a healthy 20’something. Nobody ever complains because everyone they hire is on their parents insurance. You get the idea of “unlimited PTO” which means, if you’ve hit all of your goals for the last several months, sure, take a vacation. If you didn’t, you’ll be shamed to ask for a day off. I was supposed to work Christmas Eve. Easter Monday? Not a thing. MLK day, haha you’re dreaming, no pun intended. Wfh is reserved for the best of the best, people who have been in sales there for years ( no one ).
The lack of a decent maternity and paternity leave is embarrassing. They pay for four weeks and then you can take unpaid leave via FMLA. This policy really lets down employees and is a reason to consider a different company if you are planning a family.
