Full heath coverage. 401k with 6% match. Work savings account. Profit sharing and investment options. Company car.
best is potential 4 wks vacation/year, insurance package expensive, unstable business pipeline.
Significant changes, for the better, to traditional benefits like Medical plans in 2019. I loved Collective Health and the small co-pays.
Benefits are amazing. Company phone, laptop, iPad, and car. Amazing bonus structure.
Great company benefits! 10 days of vacation, 401k company matching, in-house investment opportunities, healthy free snack options, company-held social events, and even pet insurance!
great company perks and excellent growth opportunity for motivated individuals
All of the benefits are in place to make one think they are working for a fantastic company

Fun perks like vacation homes and kitchen with snacks/fancy coffee machines, but they don't make up for the more important benefits. PTO is worst I've ever seen in any company. Only 5 days accrued vacation in your first year (it takes a year to accrue the full 5 days of PTO).
