Expensive benefits if you add anyone, but yourself
Health insurance is expensive. 401k match is average. There a few properties that can be used for vacations totally free, so that is pretty cool. There are some opportunities to invest that could be good as well.
I don't use the company health insurance as my wife's was less out of pocket. From what I read, the company covers a large part of the employee only, and I believe zero for spouse & family. There is a 401k plan and many investment opportunities, along with some nice perks after you have been there 6 months.

The company should contribute more towards the prekium, and make it more affordable to add a family or spouse with an PPO.
