Insurance is great to have although high deductible.
Very comprehensive health plan that let's you choose your own provider. HSA is provided with contributions toward the deductible 2 times per year. Works great for me.
The most expensive health care available, and not able to use my sick pay when out sick.
The best thing about the benefits is that they do offer 401k with employer match after 1 year. The worst thing about the benefits is that the health plan is not very good if you do have medical conditions, only good to prevent a catastrophe. Dental and Vision are not available.
Company perks are great (trips, team dinners, awards functions)-they are always going to take care of their employees! Health insurance is not very good but 401K & PTO is a good perk.
Best Perks is the bonus plans and to work with Brides all the time and help them plan. Worst is probably the base pay without accounting for the bonus and the healthcare.
