There is a 401(k) savings program at Wegmans for employees.
They match half of your 401K contribution to a max match of 3%, so contributing anymore than 6% wouldn't net you extra, but that's still significant in the long run.

I never used it so im unsure but, it was offered to all employees regardless of age. So as a part time high school employee you had the option.

They match you for up to $300 and give you lots of information about it when signing up. They also give you lots of information on how it's doing each quarter.
Wegmans will match your 401K up to 6%, much higher then any other job I've worked at. And because grocery stores in general tend to have a high turnover in staff, you are allowed to keep what Wegmans matches you just after 2 years of working with them. My previous job you had to work 5 years
