You go through a review process really for no purpose. There are set guidelines for pay increases and your raise is already predetermined. For example, if there were 10 people doing the same job and the company allocated $1,000 for that group, everyone was given $100. It was not performance based. Apparently, as I left the company, which I did with great debate, the current year was going to be performance based.
The fact that Weichert has no professional development plan for the current employees offer little to no room for advancement.

You get what you put into it. If you take classes and additional training and courses you develop. You get an access to great resources!
