    I haven't had to use it yet because I'm in good health, they do have HSA for people like me, from what i've been told by parents and those who need it regularly it is "average" for the private sector.

    Nice benefit. Employees only pay a small potion. This includes family coverage.

    Health insurance is great and affordable if you need to insure your family. Weidner picks up a huge portion of the tab. The only downside is that it does take some time before it is effective.

    Plans say that "everything is covered for in office visits after copay" but I get a bill for additional charges after EVERY appointment

    The actual insurance plans aren't bad. You just need to know exactly what you're looking for, and be prepared to do some serious research. The pricing of the plans are pretty reasonable, however there are some challenges with selecting the appropriate plan for you, and it feels as if the company really encourages you to select plans that benefit the company with as little company contribution as possible. It can be frustrating because the people that are supposed to guide and educate you in health insurance have an agenda that becomes apparent towards the end of presentations and conversations.

    The rates and deductibles are a little high and the coverage is just ok.
