The best thing is the 3% match on your 401(k), which vests immediately. Other than that, there aren't really any benefits. the health insurance is not subsidized and you can get the same or better, or cheaper, on the health exchange. Time off is 10 days vacation, 5 days sick, 2 days personal. Holidays are limited to Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving and day after, New Year's Day, MLK Day (which the employees had to petition for and gave up an Easter holiday in exchange), Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day. That's it. You will be working the weeks of Christmas and New Year's. Getting days off is ridiculously hard because only 2 attorneys can ever be out on any given day. They may be offering work-from-home in the future, but you never know with this place.
