HR made a big effort to educate employees about their benefits and was incredibly supportive along the way. Lots of options and great packages.
No 401K matching, limited PTO
Quite expensive health insurance and dental insurance (came out of the paycheck and had increased in price during my time there), unmatched 401k, very little sick days and vacation days, only given 1 personal day
Good overtime pay (but I didn't feel pressured to work overtime). Health, dental and vision insurance was generous and the company made a real effort to keep employees informed of their benefits.
The benefits are terrible. They're a complete rip off. Expensive plans for little to no coverage.
The firm provides a decent benefits package. Health Insurance is available for all full time employees. This includes dental and vision. Employees get all the major holidays off. Time-off granted.
It is an extensive benefits package, but expensive. Also, the 401k plan is great but there is no match which is rare at this day and age.
Health, dental & vision are all offered at reasonable rates.... unless you have a family - then you will see your paycheck disappear before your eyes. No 401k matching. Period.
There is an "introductory period" where you do not have these benefits.
you don't get much, they don't even match your retirement.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
