Great benefits available to full-time employees
Benefits get more expensive each year but don't seem to cover much at all. 401k matching is being cut to a lower percentage and with Hill-rom taking over the PTO time is different, less and more complicated a process.
The best thing about the insurance is that it is accepted at most places. The worst thing is that since we switched companies, not all doctors are in the network.
Good 401k plan. 10 paid holidays. Tried to contain health cost increases. Helped several people I know get their degrees. Tuition assistance.
Best: matching 401k, gym membership
The benefits package is very competitive, a lot of coverage and a lot of options.
Company had good benefit choices and good communication. Plans spanned a wide range of deductibles and coverages.
It is a fairly rich package even the emplyee cost share has been going up. This is happening in most companies
Decreasing every year. it's just as bad as many other companies.
Benefits, pay, 401k, vacation are all mid-market. No benefits or pension after retirement.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
