16 weeks of Paternity or Maternity leave
Wells Fargo is one of the best companies in the country as far as this goes. They give everyone 6 weeks off or 4 months if you're the primary care giver. Regardless if you are a mother or a father.
4 months fully paid leave for primary care giver, 1 month fully paid leave for secondary care giver.
Haven't used it but I believe it is up to 4 months

Wells has a new leave for parents, 4 months off to bond with your child! Excellent benefit that I wish we would have had sooner.
company now gives up to 16 weeks paid parental leave (think this is newer benefit).
