401k matched up to 6% once you were fully vested after 1 year
Wells Fargo offers tremendous latitude with unscheduled and scheduled time off, including for volunteering or family leave. I took 16 weeks off for paternity leave.

As a contractor, there were no benefits.

Pretty lame and getting worse
The best aspects of benefits at Wells Fargo was tuition assistance however the benefit does not cover the entire cost of tuition and is only expressed as a small percentage of your total tuition cost. Healthcare benefits were good and comprised multiple choices but as most offerings these days the costs for some plans were too high in my estimation
PTO is solid. 18 days starting and 21 days after 3 years. Health coverage is mediocre. 6% 401k match and profit sharing based off of total salary
