“It’s good - from 20 days to 30 days, depending on how many years you work for the company.”
Get 3 wks vacation to start and after 3 years you get 4 wks. If you begin in October, those 3 mos are considered year #1. I started getting 4 wks after only working 2 years and 3 mos.
They have great perks and benefits
Good health insurance and PTO (requesting pto off can be challenging for less tenured employees though…)
401k plan match is annual.
What people are saying about Wells Fargo
Anyone currently working in a CRR/QA position? There’s a posting I am interested in. I am currently with Wells Fargo doing the same thing and I have been debating on transferring companies so I can work at home full time. Can anyone tell me how US Bank treats their employees, how are the benefits, how is the environment within the CRR/QA department? Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! U.S. Bank

for those who hold wells fargo credit card and checking/savings accounts, do WF retain your credit card even if you dont use it for awhile (no transaction in over a year) if you have banking relationship with them (ie active credit/checking acct with them)? i previously had BoA cc cancel on me due to no transaction for extended period of time so trying to prevent that in the future but i just dont see myself using WF cc at all (but since they have the longest cr history, it benefits me to keep)
