Get 3 wks vacation to start and after 3 years you get 4 wks. If you begin in October, those 3 mos are considered year #1. I started getting 4 wks after only working 2 years and 3 mos.

Good health insurance and PTO (requesting pto off can be challenging for less tenured employees though…)

Great Benefits! 401K Healthcare and supplemental
The benefits package at Wells Fargo is one of the best things about the company such as tuition reimbursement, a lot of paid time off which can be used for vacation or sick time, health, dental, and vision insurance.
