The benefits package is good. It includes the standard of health, vision, dental, 401K, paid personal time off, 8 holidays, and basic life insurance. Other perks include volunteer time off and mobile phone discount.

Once the probationary period ends, the benefits that Wells Fargo has to offer is excellent. However, there are stipulations like any other company benefit packages.
They offer a wide range of benefits, which is good, but I feel like the premiums we pay are high given the size of this company
The benefits are nothing extraordinary
Over the years the health benefits have gone down hill and 2017 was the worst for benefits options. I pay way more and get less cover. Bonus is good as long as we meet plan.
Health insurance is good. 401 k they match up to 6 percent.
