6% match on 401k is nice. I can't compare to health care benefits at other employers, so I won't speak to that. The paid time off (PTO), plus holidays, policy is great. Lot's of free online courses to help you stay current.

Health insurance can be better w co pays and deductibles
Health insurance is expensive compared to other employers and options of coverage are all terrible. All high deductible plans. A company this large should have more leverage with the insurance companies and I think they do and are pocketing the difference.
