At Wells Fargo, our team members are our most valuable asset. And as with all our assets, we invest in them with an eye toward future success. That’s why we provide each eligible team member with a comprehensive set of benefits designed to protect their personal and
financial health and to help them make the most of their financial future.
Decent benefits. Medical deductible a little on the high side. Full time Team Members with 1-2 years of service get 144 hrs of PTO.
The healthcare plans in my area didn’t have any PPO or HMO options that were usuable so the only choice was a high deductible HSA.
The health benefits were good and decent 401k match
Full-time employees start with 144 hours of PTO, 2 personal holidays, paid Holidays for all Federal holidays, 16 hours to volunteer, and other benefits such as Bereavement where you have 5 days paid to attend an immediate family member’s funeral or to grieve. Both new moms and dads receive 16 weeks paid parental leave. They do not have childcare but have a program that can help you find emergency childcare in a pinch. We’re also given a website with discounts for just about everything - hotels, gym memberships, plane tickets, etc.
Great benefits including 6% matching 401k plan after you have been there for a year. Lots of PTO!
Wells has great benefits, especially if you stick around. Tenured employees get alot of vacation. They also recently instituted paternity leave.
Very excellent benefits for yourself and family.
The fact that we get holidays plus 2 floating holidays that we can use for personal holidays as well as at sick time if you don't use a sick name in California rolls over in Teeter pto bucket for the next year for use
Wells Fargo has decided to make employees responsible for more of their own health benefits.
Decent benefits but health insurance is expensive.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
