Good Health Benefits. 401K requires 5 years for vesting of matched amounts.

They pay competitive wages, have excellent medical and dental plans and most of all if you are at senior level you are eligible for bonuses.

6% match on 401k is nice. I can't compare to health care benefits at other employers, so I won't speak to that. The paid time off (PTO), plus holidays, policy is great. Lot's of free online courses to help you stay current.

Health insurance can be better w co pays and deductibles

Health insurance is expensive compared to other employers and options of coverage are all terrible. All high deductible plans. A company this large should have more leverage with the insurance companies and I think they do and are pocketing the difference.
