    6 days during the first year, 10 days each year until the your 3rd anniversary, goes up to 20 days on your 7th anniversary. Can bank 5 days per year up to 30 in the bank and the company will pay out 5 unused days per year.

    PTO is lean in year one, but most conscientious singles can get by with that amount. For employees with children and a grueling work schedule, the PTO plan is inadequate (6 days are accrued over the course of the year.) They offer no sick days in addition to the PTO but one floating holiday may be used in conjunction with an observed holiday or to celebrate an unobserved holiday. 10 days are given to use in year two when employees reach their one-year anniversary (plus one floating holiday.) This is fairly competitive with other companies in the Omaha market.
