Extensive health benefits, 401K, vacation time
Benefits were on par with other such positions in Omaha.
I don't get health insurance because I'm a part-time employee. I've been told they will never have full- time employees working from home. I myself would like to work full -time from home.
If you don't live in one of the states that offers Kaiser, it's only expensive UHC for medical. Dental is great though, super affordable.
There really is no best thing here.
Lots of PTO. Health insurance is expensive. Free snacks occasionally. Raises are nonexistent. Free parking. 401k is okay. One day to work from home.
Typical benefit package for a large organization. Not great, not terrible
Only UHC and Kaiser healthy plans with 5 plans :UHC copay$30/$50sp is $300 Biweekly for family; lower deductible plan is $3000 ind $7000 OOP, 275 biweekly for family and highest deductible Is $5000/$10000 oop fo 100 for family biweekly. Pto/sick time accrue 4.36/1.26 a pay period (26 biweekly). 401k is a joke they don’t match unless you make the full 7%and then it is only 2-3% they match.
Benefits are average and not extra-ordinary.
Options! Everything from health, dental, vision and 401k to pet insurance, short and long term disability.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
