Good associate discount across family of brands. Health insurance options, dental, vision, 401k, donation matching. Available programs for health improvement.
Vacation time & PTO was fair and adds up over time.
Interns are given basically no benefits as is usual.
Discount is really good (40% off), if you are full time you get decent benefit packages, there's also value in longevity... The longer you work the better for the company the more money you make. You can also work at other brands while still working under the same umbrella of William Sonoma inc.
There are no benefits working at West Elm as a starting level sales associate and there is no commission on the sales job. They do pay minimum-wage and there are no other benefits every now and then they do hold contest for their associates where they can benefit but this is very rare
40% discount, health insurance, dental, vision, 401k
The pay is not competitive, but the leave policy is fair. There are also a number of internal sample sales which are AMAZING.
there are no benefits at part time, they approve most time off requests
They had a 401k program through Shwabb that was very easy to set up, although no company match. Medical, vision, and dental insurance were all included with several different levels on which to participate in the company program. Vacation and sick time accrued on an hours worked basis and were not given up front, however they did provide 2 weeks paid time off over the year.
poor health care coverage, 401k matching after 1 year, no days off for federal holidays, poor bonus's, very little vacation days
