Current and former employees report that West Elm provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

“40% off employee discount of selected merhandise”
“Only offered sick days for full time employees and I was not full time”
“They’ll match your contributions up to 75% of gross income. ”
Health, dental, benefit wallet, pet insurance, accrued sick time and vacation time, 401k, employee discount
Maternity leave was overly complicated and confusing. They changed Health Insurance vendors almost every year, making it hard to keep doctors you prefer.
Great discounts around Williams Sonoma brand. Office in Brooklyn is by the waterfront, great views.
Company matching and wellness incentives were a plus.
The Work-Life Bowl
I don’t know if this belongs in this bowl but dunno who else to ask - I’m about to upgrade my furniture for the first time ever and am going to buy a sectional, light gray or neutral. Love the mid century modern look + deep seat cushions. I don’t want to wait 6-9 weeks for a custom one like most of West Elm. Where should I buy?
401K match was the only good thing about the benefits.
Flexible vacation time, lots of healthcare options to suit your needs. Generous employee discount.
The 40% discount is wonderful! There is also a nice credit card that gets reward points on gas, groceries, dining out, etc. They’ll match 401k contributions and have good health and dental coverage.
Summer Fridays, very nice office location
Generous discount across all WSI brands
No benefits for part time. Really hard to get full time hours.
