There is a great 401K match and salary compensation. There is also coverage for all types of insurance and Flexible Time Off.
The Employee Stock Options Plan is strong and is one of the great retirement benefits at WMP.
Worst: Cost of a family plan under our medical plan is very high. This will get in the way of retaining older workers with family. WMP should pay a higher % of total premiums as an added perk. Best: Employee Stock Ownership Program
