The health plans have varying levels of coverage depending on how much you want to contribute through payroll and the deductible level you elect. It also includes:

Great package offerings within the US with multiple tiers for team members to choose from to best fit their needs. Premier plan can still be costly but do your research and pick the right plan for you. Would love to see more incentive for choosing a healthy lifestyle/options as opposed to surcharges for bad habits (smoking, etc.)
The best benefits in town with great employer contribution. Stock and 401k plans as well as a retirement fund contribution regardless of employee contribution.
