Decent benefits package overall. Would like to see longer paternity leave. West has some catching up to do with other leading organizations in that regard.
West’s benefit package is highly competitive and in most instances better than what other companies offer. I’ve worked for the company for over eleven years and the total of benefits offered is top notch. They even had a pension plan when I first joined, which unfortunately they phased out, but between the medical, PTO, holidays, flexibility in schedule; they take care of their employees.
Great bonus structure and flex work time
The benefit package allows me to ensure my family receives the care they need. Between the medical package and the 401k, I know my family will be well taken care of. The entire package is comprehensive and well-thought out.
The benefits coverage was outstanding however I was ineligible to receive it due to only being an intern. I was able to ask around the office and look up material about what was offered and it was very good!
They offer 401k, they do work evaluations every quarter for raises, and offer excellent health benefits.
No benefits for interns but good compensation for the field.
The Benefits are pretty good
Great match, pension, and health care.
Medical and dental benefits are costly for less coverage than offerings from previous employers. Generous vacation and sick time with stock option and 401k.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
