Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Ins. 403 B
Best thing I experienced is the short term disability and 12 weeks maternal leave they offer! The worst is once I went registry I lost it and all if my raises and just went back down to base pay. I still earn the night and weekend shift diff so that makes it worth making my own hours.
Company perks, health insurance, time off and compensation are good. Company is good to work for. Management is nice.
PET (Paid earned time) includes holidays. So the same earned bank of time goes to vacation, holidays and other clinic closures. So 20 days a year. You have to use the allotted time for holidays and clinic closures, so you have a little less than 2 weeks to use at your leisure. I've had more true vacation time at other places. Paid educational expense doesn't cover the cost of travel, hotel, conference and meals. Little to no bonuses. No paid maternity leave, you'll have to bank your PET time and sick time for that. When using short term disability leave, you'll also have to use your PET time.
Best- Cancer fund is great to have and it comes with other benefits for maintaining annual exams.
The insurance, I considered, unreasonably priced. There were no comparisons evidenced for the best rated insurance provider.
Family insurance plan has good coverage and pays high percentage for in network providers. Short term disability difficult to obtain if not taken at hiring.
