Very competitive 401k plan, below market vacation policy
Height deductible options only. Not many primary care providers in our local area compared to old plan.
Health benefits, 401k, bonus package are great. Vacation time could be more flexible.
Price increases rapidly. Benefits are becoming nearly unaffordable, between premium and copay for families, we pay nearly $14000 annually.
The benefits package at WestRock was pretty good. 401K contributions were more than I expected. The insurance was adequate and the company had plenty of other programs to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
WestRock offered a lot of paid vacation days, along with a good 401K retirement planning program.
Flexible hours , decent pay.
do not like what we had with kapstone, now that we are with westrock we will see.

It was okay until they changed the insurance. No copays anymore. Just a high deductible plan.
