Was online as well as a nice hotel
Needs improvement, seems to be outdated.
I think training was very well done. If we had questions, you always could ask or call.
The company offers training for the job and they pay airfare, room and board to train you in a different city. You get to meet Data Collectors and Management from all over the country.
We were trained by a senior staffer who deliberately trained us to fail to prove her point to a new senior management staffer that she should not have hired us to begin with. We were promised, upon hire, certifications and additional outside management training to help further our careers and value within the company, neither promises were carried out in the 7 years I was employed there.
Very hurried and not hands on. I left shaking my head
Offered professional training for role as Clinical Research Associate (Site Monitor). Facilitated travel required and promptly reimbursed for travel expanses once travel reports are submitted.
no additional trainging in, what you come in with and what you are willing to learn on your own
They completely paid for everything - from the food to the hotel to the flight. It's legit the whole way through. There were people who flew in and actually quit during the training week, and Westat handled it as professionally as one could imagine - even through the distaste of the whole thing. They would politely take care of the person until they arrived back home. It was pretty cool to watch.
Their job training is very intensive and you must study in order to pass and remain employed with the company
