Many choices for health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance. Typical holidays, vacation, sick leave, and small match for 401k. Employee ownership means every staff gets an annual bonus.

Nice perks include employee stock options, on site gym and 401K contributions. However health insurance premiums tend to be on the more expensive side and shockingly no paid maternity leave or childcare options given the high percentage of women who work there.
