Benefits are ok. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. Offers traditional 401k and Roth 401k with 4.5% match if you contribute 6%. 2-4 weeks of vacation time depending on years of service plus personal days that roll-over and don’t expire. Medical is high deductible plan or HMO, but both are very expensive. Especially if you have a family.
Benefits offer 3 health insurance options, varying from low to high deductible, PPO/HMO. Vacation hours offered start at 12 days increasing in seniority. No benefits offered for transportation, housing, or relocation.
Great benefits including 401k match, yearly bonus and stocks.
Matching 401k, good health insurance
The benefits are fair, I have seen worse.
need more options besides the 2 health plans.
Best is annual bonus company-wide and worst is no real short-term disability. They have comparable salaries only if you come into the company. If you take a lesser paying job you'll never be able to move salary up.
Best - Loads of vacation time, 401K and full health coverage started almost immediately Not many choices for the healthcare plan, but the options are reasonably priced and suit my needs.
Best is the bonus and least is healthcare options
Bonuses are based on bank performance as a whole which is nice because this bank has been very successful. HR does not care about what's best for the employees, depts, and branches to make them run efficiently or live up to their promises.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
