You get plenty of paid time off, along with sick days. Just need to notify your manager to set up the days you need.
High premiums, limited options, no company match for 401k. Resigned to dental office without notice, dentist stated I needed $1000 in work, but previous dentist did see it and new dentist disagrees. A money hungry company with little to no concern for employees.
You get to choose your own medical, dental, vision care package and pay on a bi weekly basis for a year term. Downside is company's 401k does not match up
The good thing is that they at least have a benefit package that is offered to employees. Dental is low cost for family if you go to a WDS office which is great! They offer 401k no company match though. If you choose to be covered under Medical policy they have several HMO and PPO options but they are high lets just say cheapest HMO coverage will run a family of three close to $6000/year you do get PTO 2FLOATING HOLIDAY PAY AND MAJOR HOLIDAYS OFF
401K at Western Dental sucks. They are not very good. Benefits are Ok but over prices. Their in house Dental DHMO benefits for employees are good.
The premiums for medical are high considering the deductibles are also high. For dental, you have to pay a premium for the Western Dental plan and can only go to a WD office. It's an issue when you have a family dentist you have gone to for years. No match on 401k.
Dental treatment covered/cheap. 401k is pretty weak. Health insurance very expensive for dental providers.
Health care and retirement. PTO is also available. Reduced dental charges.
Now offers competitive benefits
Although you get vacation hours, never really allowed to use them.
