Health insurance is not the greatest. Many of the other benefits are pretty good though.
Health insurance is very expensive for two party or family.
Average health insurance, average vacation time, no paid maternity leave, no breavance pay
Offered 401k matching up to 4%, medical, dental and vision. Pricing isn’t bad for single, but it pretty costly for family.
Require you use your personal PTO for holiday days off, medical coverage cost is exorbitant is insuring more than an individual
Best: 401(k) is 4% match. Worst: Everything else. For being in the healthcare industry, the health benefits are very expensive and continue to increase year over year. FULL TIME ONLY: Vacation: 10 days after your one year anniversary. Personal time-off, you get 2 hours per pay period. No sick time, no bereavement, holidays are hit or miss depends if you have to work or not.
limited options for a less high deductible. It is only a good option if you are applying as a single person, anything more then that nearly triples in price and is very expensive. There are no additional options when selecting your plan and no other carriers. The excuse given is that the company is not large enough to have better options which is not true.
The health insurance coverage is not the best but the 401k match is pretty good. Very comparable with other places I've worked.
everyone line level is part time, which make hard for a steady level of service.
