Vested on Day 1 for 401k and they match up to 5%. There are multiple healthcare plans to choose from, which appears to be the norm. Vision and dental insurance available. I think the employee cost is about average. Depending on your role, there is an opportunity to work from home. There are certain regions that are pushing to have this eliminated, though. Mileage reimbursement for travel is less than federal per mile rate but easy to record and be reimbursed. Many positions have a company credit card with expense account but big cutbacks on this recently. Oddly, there isn’t much of an employee discount for services. You get an email every couple of months for a free transaction, but you are taxed on it. Standard laptop, cell phone, iPads were eliminated several years ago. One day off a year to volunteer. The company has a foundation that will match charitable contributions. There is high pressure to donate to the foundation every year.
