    The match is fair when you look at the fact that a pension is offered day one. The only perceived negative is that the 401k doesn't start until after the first year is completed.

    The retirement plan offers many options, there is a company match. You have an opportunity to save a lot of money. There is a large variety of mutual funds to invest in, and help available to make selections

    The 401k was tied to 5/3 Bank funds and the investment options weren't great. I should've put my money somewhere else.

    Need adequate training to insure success. 401K is just a benefit for salaried employees if the sales force cannot be successful.
