The benefits are actually pretty solid. The rates are very low and the coverage is great. I didn't have a hard time finding a good doctor, dentist, etc. in my area given the coverage I had.

I read the benefits were amazing, they were subpar at best. They did not cover a lot of my children's medical expenses...even the most minor things. It is group health provided by the company. No PTO for Field Reps. No 401k until tenured. No discounts on services. No reimbursement on expenses. Driving 95% of your work day, no mileage reimbursement. Lots of out of pocket costs that you are not told about upfront...even if you ask about it. Free parking at home office, downtown. Free Gym membership. Free lunch at home office.
