Health coverage is expensive compared to other employers. All employees have to go through a biometric exam, and in some cases a physical before being hired. PTO is limited to 10 days for the first three years, and you only get 6 major holidays, with the day after Thanksgiving as a "floating holiday." So taking MLK, Veterans, or President's Day is out. They are inflexible about remote work, and everyone works in an open space environment. The Ocoee location does have a nice employee lounge, and they do try to pep things up during the quarterly sales meetings. The employee "cafe" provides cafeteria-style lunch for $2, but it can be a roll of the dice in terms of how healthy it is. Depending on when you start, parking can be a bear. Some days you get lucky, and on other days you end up parking by the Thrift Mart, which while walkable, the company at least offers They do at least offers a van shuttle service. There is a gym on-site, which is very cool. While it's small, it is a nice perk and they have groups that meet very early in the morning.

The best thing about the benefits was that they matched your 401k contribution 100%. This was new in 2019 and it is a great way to earn free money if you start investing in it early on in your career.

Perks are 401k matched up to 4%, health benefits are ok but you have to qualify for discounts and if your not healthy enough to qualify you are charged a higher rate.

You are contracted so no benefits really offered. You did get some discounts on resorts and such which were sometimes great.
