The medical package could be better. It is expensive and deductibles, co-pays, and out-of-pockets are higher than many businesses in the area. The 401(k) is one of the best benefits with an automatic enrollment of 2% after 90 days, matching 4%, 100% immediately vested.
I didn't last my 90 days before benefits kicked in . But did enough homework to know I was going to remain with my own plan , because tis was financially crazy and way to many stipulations on existing health concerns
They offer great benefits including bereavement and they are willing to work with you when you need days off if you give plenty of notice.

the benefits start fairly quickly compared to other companies. I was able to get a lot of dental work done for pretty much nothing while working here
There are no benefits at all.
There is nothing good about the benefits they are very expensive
You get vacation after a full year of full time work and are not allowed to use it until they say so, you get 401k, and no one is allowed bonuses as there is a penalty for that.
