the following is for salary employees only ..they have a 401k that the company matches and they definitely have great health and dental insurance. The company does hire from within for management.
We dont have any. We pay our own taxes so westgate doesn't have to pay social security.

Insurance coverage is below average, which is obviously important. Vacation time is commensurate with the timeshare industry, which is longer than most. Their HR team is understaffed, which makes HR requests slow to process.
Has health insurance , has its own pharmacy , health insurance is about 40$.
Monthly health insurance costs have been increased by nearly double since Westgate take over and formally blamed on the political atmosphere via letter addressed to employees. Vacation is very difficult to take given the low level of employee coverage.
