PTO and health insurance
health insurance and 401k for fulltime employees 30+hrs. do not get the premium benefits package. standard coverage is just fine.
Massage Therapist for 14 years, working here for 3 years. Must work 30 hrs to get PTO at a rate of $7.25 hr. only because we work on commission, unfair for someone with this experience. Commmission paid at just 20% which gives them 80% can't afford to take PTO time so I work 26 hrs a week and work another job as well. They need to pay PTO at a rate that is justified for the work we do. You don't always get the days you ask for anyway. I will be starting a new career soon. :)
They have very good Health Insurance
The benefits package at the Westin could have been better but overall it was decent package. Medical, vision, dental and an employee stock program. I wish they offered 401K.
There's nothing for part-time employees
Access to discount rate to all hotels within the chain all over the world.
Big company, not too many perks aside from the employee rate.
