  • Vacation & Paid Time Off  (57 comments)

“It takes 20 years of service to get the 5th week of vacation. And 10 years of service to get the 4th week of vacation.”

  • Health Insurance  (27 comments)

“Aetna is the only offered option, and it is the worst health insurance I have ever had. Probably the cheapest WEC could find.”

  • 401K Plan  (25 comments)

“They only match 50% up to the first 6%. So if you contribute 6%, they match 3%. If you contribute 7%, they still only match 3%.”

The benefits are ok, but working here is not worth it.

Aetna had pretty decent plans. Dental and vision were good. 401K was good. After 10 years you get 4 weeks vacation. Could work from home if there was an emergency, but up to the manager to allow.

    Cost is very expensive

The package is just not even average. Since leaving I have received a far greater package than I had working for a smaller company!
