Package is decent, but gets more expensive every year.
401k 6% match is good. No pay for expected OT is bad.

Pension was discontinued. Still offer competitive health, dental & 401k
Vacation is reasonable with unlimited sick time. Insurance costs keep climbing while coverage is decreasing, though that seems to be common nowadays.

Since I just recently started I haven’t yet been covered for the health benefits.
Getting the health rewards match can be a bear. Health insurance is good though last year it went up quite a bit. Retirement match is 3% of salary regardless of your contribution and 3% more if you save 6%.
They are always late to the game with keeping up with trends. HR will let you know they serve the company first, not necessarily their employees.
Plan is about average for a company this size.
