Double digit 401K match, 9-80 work schedule is great for those who choose it, health insurance is good, but there is a new spousal surcharge for spouses who have health insurance option with their employer. Company contributes to a HSA account should an employee choose this option. There is a good bonus structure to incentivize meeting business and production goals while maintaining a safe work environment.
401k- you put in 4% base pay, and they put in 12%. Easy 16% of your base pay right there. I really can't see anything bad about our benefits.
The company 401K match is 1:1 up to 4% + 8% on top of that, high deductible health insurance is inexpensive.
